I’m offering a furnished 23m² studio in the Helix building, Arnhem Presikhaaf, available for sublease starting from the beginning of February 2025 for 1 year. The studio has a kitchenet, bathroom and is fully furnished.

•	Location: 5-minute bike ride to HAN & VHL, close to a shopping centre, gym etc. 
•	Size: 23m² studio with a private kitchen and bathroom
•	Furniture Included: Bed, mattress, desk, chair, closet, shelfs, fridge, stove 
•	Shared Amenities: Dryers and washing machines, indoor and outdoor bicycle storage
•	Parking: Free car parking available
Requirements:
•	Must be a full-time student at a university in Arnhem, Velp, or Nijmegen (valid proof of study required)
•	Must be registered with SSH& (free registration available on their website)
•	Preferably looking for a female tenant who is tidy and considerate with my belongings
•	Internationals welcome
•	NO smoking & pets 
•	Deposit: 1 ½ rent payments 
Rent Details: Total rent is set a 655€ including rent, utilities, internet, municipal costs and using furniture. However, the total rent is subject to fluctuation, an increase or decrease by SSH& or the government will be reflected onto the subtenant.
