About the place

Available from December 1st (or possibly earlier in consultation), a spacious room on the ground floor of our friendly student house! The room is nearly 40 m², excluding the loft area, and is offered at €616.40 per month, all-inclusive.

Your own kitchenette where you can place a cooking stove if you like, plus access to two shared kitchens.
Shared bathroom and toilet with the other ground floor housemates.
Furniture takeover is required (dresser, fridge, and sofa) — the price is negotiable, so you'll be set up with essentials from the start!
The neighborhood Located in the lively Spijkerkwartier, a charming area with plenty of cozy cafés, wine bars, and both AH and Plus supermarkets around the corner. Velperpoort station is less than a 5-minute walk away, and the city center, HAN University, and ArtEZ are also within easy reach. In short, everything you need is close by!
