This neat cozy studio is on the second floor of a "grachtpand" in the heart of Amsterdam. Despite the location, it is  very quiet facing the country yard. Separate kitchen, bathroom are connected to a living room/bedroom. A common large capacity laundry machine, maintained by the HOA, on the ground floor saves space. There is also a storage box on the ground floor, very handy! In the 300 extra costs are central heating and furnishing included.
