About the place

I’m subletting my private studio from the 7th of July till the 25th of August. In a amazing location (Amsterdam-East) inside the ring! 

- Walking distance from Amstel Station 
- Superrr close to weesperzijde!
- 9 min cycle to hotspots in the pijp 
- 15 min walk to the pijp 
- 15 +/- cycle to most areas in the centre 
- 5 min cycle to roetsereiland 

I’d prefer to sublet to a female aged 23-30, who doesn’t really party or drink and is clean. We can either schedule a viewing here or online. Whatever is best. It’s really important to me that it’s the right fit :) 

I also have a electic stove, fridge, rice cooker, kettle and basic spices you can use.

The price for the total period (7th july till the 25th of august) is €2000,- + €1000,- refundable deposit
