About the place

Starting from July 1st, I’m looking for a new housemate at Rombout Hogerbeetsstraat in West, close to the Jordaan.
It’s a ground floor apartment with a living space of 45 m². The property was built in 1914 and has an energy label B.

The neighborhood
The house is located in the lively Frederik Hendrikbuurt, but the street itself is usually quiet. Next to the house is a café where you can enjoy a coffee in the sun. A bit further down the street you’ll find several nice restaurants, coffee spots, an Albert Heijn, Dirk, and Etos.

It’s a 10-minute bike ride to Amsterdam Central Station and 15 minutes to Station Sloterdijk. There’s also a bus that takes you to the station within 10 minutes. The nearest highway exit is just a 5-minute drive away.

The apartment
The home consists of three rooms, two of which are bedrooms. There’s also a bathroom (with bathtub, separate shower, and two faucets) and a separate toilet. At the back of the house, there’s a small garden. In the hallway, there’s a storage nook that's perfect for a washing machine and a few items.

The kitchen has a combination oven/microwave and a dishwasher. The apartment has only been lived in like this for two years, so everything is very new.
Not all furniture will remain as shown in the pictures - of course, you’re welcome to add your own furniture if you have any.

Housemate
As housemates, we’ll see each other regularly. I (female, 30) work as a marketing manager in The Hague and work from home 2–3 days a week. Besides that, I’m often out and about, but I also enjoy spending a day at home on the weekend every now and then. It would be nice if we’re somewhat on the same page in that regard.
