- Deposit is one month’s rent
- Waste and water tax are charged proportionally

Location and Accessibility:
The studio is located in Amsterdam Southeast, directly across from Amsterdam UMC and the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. It’s a 3-minute walk to the bus stops and a 5-minute walk to Holendrecht metro and train station. You can reach both the center of Amsterdam and Utrecht within 20 minutes. The Holendrecht shopping center is just a 7-minute walk away.

Availability:
The studio is available immediately for a period of six months. After this period, I plan to return to my own apartment, but I may consider extending the rental period depending on circumstances and mutual agreement.
