About the place

Central studio available for 2 months, right in the middle of town close to gyms, swimming pools, supermarkets, markets, parks, pubs, restaurants, etc. Fully furnished/furbished. Wi-Fi available. Price includes rent and bills. I am looking for a non smoker individual who is clean and respectful of the space and neighbours. Pets are welcome, as long as pets parents are responsible, clean people. 
Registration is NOT possible.
No couples.
