About the place

Temporary living solution per immediately for 1 person: 
Super cozy turn-key houseboat, electricity almost entirely by means of 6x400W solar panels and pellet stove heating present!

Cabin is 20m2, and the outdoor terrace of 8m2 with fantastic unobstructed river view!
Because the mooring place is somewhat uncertain, rent is approximately 1-2 months, but will anyway finish by March 1, 2025. So you have to be flexible.

Suitable for 1 full-time working, sporty / outdoor type and practical person. 
Not a home worker. 

No smoking, no drugs, no parties. 
Rental price includes water, WIFI and electricity. 
Excl pellets for the pellet stove.

Since it is still a boat, it is therefore a bit less well insulated than a house. 
So in winter it cools down quicker and it can therefore be a bit colder than you are used to.  But there is a good pellet stove that heats the room well. 
Sometimes you have to fill up water with the garden hose (in the 1000L tank) and you are more in nature than in an apartment.
It is a lovely place, but if you are used to a supercomfy life, you better not respond..

The room is fully furnished with: 
- hot shower by means of boiler
- separate toilet
- fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, 2-burner induction hob, little oven, kettle, pans, plates, cutlery etc.
- large bed with mattress 140x200
- duvet, pillows, bed linen, towels provided
- new cozy and good pellet stove
- dining table with nice chairs and sofa
- comfortable 1-seater sofa
- many built-in cupboards for clothes etc.
- good blackout / insulating roller blinds for all windows and front door
- washing machine 1 day / week available (shared)

Entrance is via our garden or via the adjacent park.  The area is quiet, safe, wide and green and yet you are within the ring in 10 minutes by bike. 
Close to the popular Sloterpark/Sloterplas where you can walk, run, swim, sail, kayak, BBQ, SUP or go to the beach of New-West Beach. 
15 min walk to Lelylaan station (tram/train) and bus/trams 6 min walk.
