This room is VERY affordable. The TOTAL living costs are only € 900,00 INCLUDING water, internet, furniture/appliances, energy network costs, and local taxes of € 80,00.

Only available for ONE person if you have a stable income for the next 24 months. You must prove that you are over 24 years old and working full-time with a NET salary  € 2.800,00 up to € 3.200,00.

If your NET salary is above € 4.000,00, you can apply for a larger room 22 m2, with own bathroom and sharing kitchen-dining-room. Costs € 1.450,00, include all your bills.

NEVER allowed: a second person, pets, or smoking of any kind, either inside or near the apartment building.

This rental is for an indefinite period with a minimum lease of 24 MONTHS, without a diplomat clause. You cannot stop payments or move before 01 March 2027.

Please note that these are shared apartments, and up to 4 adults may register, AS LONG AS you continue to respect municipal rules!!

These apartments have the highest insulation value A++ with 2 window frames of standard double glazing plus H++ glass. A total of 4-layer glazing.
This ensures that you can keep the rooms at +19°C with minimal heating.

You cook in the shared kitchen-room with gas.  If the gas cooking equipment is in use, you may cook simultaneously in the shared space using electric equipment, on the condition that you clean up immediately after use. Cooking is NOT allowed inside the room!

You share the registration address and the central main kitchen with washing machine, dryer, cooking equipment, and a 25 m² ROOFTOP TERRACE with 3 other tenants.
