Venserpolder, close to the highways A10 and A2 and lots of public transportation facilities, all
the nightlife options of Amsterdam Zuidoost and the center of Amsterdam. The room has a
single bed, desk and chair and a closet and internet is included. In the furnished apartment you
share a toilet, bathroom, living room (22m2), separate kitchen (11m2) and lots of storage with
one other tenant.
The apartment is situated on the fourth floor. Bike storage (5m2) on the ground floor. A few
years ago the apartment was renovated and everything is very well maintained. It shows when
you enter the front door. A nice laminate floor throughout the apartment. The very light living
room is square shaped and has a very sunny balcony.
On the back side you will find the large kitchen with all the amenities you’ll need, like an
induction stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and an extractor fan.
The apartment has two separate and spacious bedrooms which are private for each tenant. The
bedrooms are next to each other. The spacious bathroom has a sink, a shower and space for
washing machine and dryer. Separate restroom. In the hall there is also a large storage place.
