Within minutes you are in the center of Amsterdam where you can find all facilities such as shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. There are also bus stops within walking distance and by public transport you can be at the central train station or at many high schools and the University of Amsterdam within 30 minutes.

The rooms have a private shower and toilet and laminate flooring or carpet. The kitchen and bathrooms are shared by about five co-tenants. There are several washers and dryers on each floor. As an additional service, there is WIFI and a connection for cable television in each room
