Also, there are bus stops within walking distance and using public transport you can reach within 30 minutes at the central station or in many high schools and University of Amsterdam. 
The rooms, maximum habitable by one student, vary in size and all have a neat finish. Kitchen is shared by about five students.
The rent for a room of 25 m² is € 630,- + € 150,- furniture + € 150,- (90+60) service costs + € 100,- bath and toilet.  Total € 1.030, - per month.
