About the place

Hi,

Nice that you are looking at my page. We live in Amsterdam Center/East with my husband and 1-year-old son. We live on the 1st floor. We would like to rent our studio on the 3rd floor to someone who likes Amsterdam as much as we do.

The studio is located between Wibautstraat and the Amstel, next to the HvA and is easily accessible by public transport.

The studio has its own entrance. It consists of a living room/bedroom, a bathroom and a hallway. It is fully furnished. It has no kitchen, but it does have a small refrigerator, a combination microwave and a small electric stove. Gas/water/electricity, internet and the cleaning lady are included in the price. There is no central heating, but there is an electric heater that you can operate with your phone and which heats well. I say that from experience, because we also use the studio as a workplace (if it is not rented out of course!).

Ideally we want to rent the studio for 9 months (January-September 2025)
