The Scheldestraat, Maasstraat, and Beethovenstraat are just around the corner, while De Pijp and the city center are within easy reach.

Layout:
The studio is accessed via a spacious communal staircase leading to the second floor. Upon entering, you’ll find a central hall with a shared washing machine, which is used by only one other studio. The studio itself consists of a private living and sleeping area, an open-plan kitchen, and a separate bathroom with a toilet. The kitchen and bathroom are simple but well-maintained.
