Hi! We are Joey and Yuta, housemates for the past three years in both our current and previous homes. We recently moved into a newly built apartment (2021, energy label A+) of 115 m², featuring a large living room, a spacious balcony, and three bedrooms (each 12 m²). Our third housemate is moving out in March, so we are looking for a new housemate.

The living room and common areas (washing machine, dryer, etc.) are fully furnished, including a 75” TV. The bedroom is unfurnished, but mattresses are available temporarily.

In the evenings, we sometimes eat together or play video games (bonus points if you play Super Smash Bros! 😊). We also enjoy going to techno festivals and parties that go on until 7 AM. The apartment has a shared kitchen with all appliances (recently renovated and now larger) and two shared bathrooms.

This room is available indefinitely with a one-month notice period, but a temporary stay is also possible!
