Located in Zuid- an 8-minute walk from station Rai and station Zuid.
There are 3 supermarkets and 2 parks within a 10-minute walking distance. 20-minute bike ride to the center.

In the summer months, it does not get hot or overheat, as there is morning light and no direct sun during the day; at night, it is completely quiet.
