Wanted: very clean, and responsible women, between 30 en 60 years old. Good communication skills, kind, keeping commitments, polite. Needs to take care of: incomimg mail: sent picture and opening it when needed, so a trusting person who is serious, 6 houseplants, watersystem balcony, keeping the apartment clean, in the state its in. No loudness, no smoking, no high heals, no parties or lots, or long, or loud visits. Just normal standard living. No pets allowed. 

Extra: its necessary to have acces to the apartment max 2/3 times in rent period, to get personal belongings. With mutual consent for date and time.

Situated: Amsterdam South, 5 min from the Musea area. Supermarket near.Tram near: 4 tramlines: 3,12, 24, 5: tramline towards South train/metro station ( Schiphol/ Utrecht direction). And North/South line to Central station. 

Inside: situated on the back side of a 1921 building, facing the south (sunny side), 45 m2 apartment wich own enterance, bathroom with bath, shower platform, dryer and washingmachine, living room and kitchen in one space, plus an upstairs loft in the same area: bedroom area: twin bed boxspring. To be reached by small high up staircase. All windows have dark/ sun blinds. Balcony 1.40 wide and 7 meters long facing south, inc plants +watersystem.

Fully equiped, and comes with furniture like sofa, smart tv, full kitchen equipment with oven, dishwasher, microwave, woodenbased floor, bathroom carpets, blinds. Bring yourself: own duvet + pillows, and bedsheets and  towels. Only the matrass protector is provided for.
