Beautiful room with a garden view in a quiet house near the university. The minimum rental period is three months, the maximum one year. There are two rooms available, each for one person. The layout of the house makes it ideal for a couple or two people who already know each other.
The rooms are both located on the first floor; the photos show the larger one, which is over 20 square meters. The smaller room is approximately 10 square meters and has a private balcony. Tenants share the bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. The kitchen and the large living room, which together measure 55 square meters, are entirely for the tenants' use, as are the furniture, tableware, etc. There are also two separate toilets, a large back garden, and a covered bicycle shed. The house is furnished; the room has a double bed and all necessary appliances. Tenants have access to a washing machine. The owner uses the attic on the second floor and the studio at the back of the garden. The rent includes WiFi and excludes heating, water, electricity and municipal taxes.
