Lovely room with a balcony in a house near the university, with shared use of the rest of the house. The minimum rental period is three months, the maximum one year. We have two rooms available for rent, this one measuring 10 square meters and one larger one over 20 square meters. The layout of the house makes it ideal for a couple or two people who already know each other.
The rooms are both located on the first floor, with the owner sleeping on the second floor. The tenants share the bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. The kitchen and large living room, which together measure 55 square meters, are entirely for the tenants' use, as are the furniture, tableware, etc. There are also two separate toilets, a large backyard, and a covered bicycle shed. The house is furnished and the room has a double bed and all necessary appliances. The rent of this room is €850 includes Wi-Fi.
