This beautiful room in a cozy house will be available from March 1. The rental is for an indefinite period (campus contract). The monumental and well-maintained student house in the center of Wageningen is located 50 meters from the Markt. The house has a shared kitchen-living room with dishwasher and fridge/freezer, bathroom with (bubble) bath and shower, 2 toilets, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, balcony, cellar and an external bicycle shed. Naturally, the house meets the fire safety requirements.

Partly thanks to the A++ energy label, the service costs (including gas/water/light/1GB fiber optic Internet/taxes) were only approximately €70 per room per month last year.

The room with its own sink and washbasin furniture is located on the 2nd floor and is approximately 9 plus 6 m2. Also a built-in wardrobe. Bed and sofa available for takeover. Floor, curtains and lights included.
