About the place

Quiet, furnished place to finish your study or during your internship. Two rooms for just one person: study/living room (4mx3m) and a bedroom (2mx3m), both have a door to the balcony; there are a sofa, two chairs, two wardrobes, desk, bed and bed linen, towels. The bed is 2m. The two rooms are in my appartement, I have also two rooms and I am 3 to 4 days a week in the appartement.
For a master-student, PhD or trainee, non-smoker, no pets.
You can use the shower (with your own sink), toilet, kitchen(equipement), basement, washing machine, and a bike.
Price in all: 480 euro a month, all included, also internet (you'll get energy-savings, if you succeed ... , returned).
