This room will become available 1st of March in a spacious apartment near Laan van NOI, just a 10-minute walk away.
It consists of two spaces—one bedroom and a small adjoining room that can be used for a desk or wardrobe (see pictures). Together, they total approximately 12-15 m². The rent for this room is currently €530 (exclusive taxes and internet; prices may slightly change with a new contract).
The rooms are unfurnished but some furniture could potentially be taken over by the previous housemates. 
The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with excellent connections to The Hague city center. Several grocery stores, including those in Winkelcentrum de Julianabaan, are within walking distance.
The common spaces (living room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony) are shared with me. As a young professional myself, I’m looking for a like-minded housemate in their mid to late 20s, preferably someone pursuing a Master’s degree or already working. Since this is a shared apartment with many common spaces, I’d appreciate someone who enjoys a balance of personal space and social interaction.
