About the place

This room will become available from 15th of March onwards in a spacious apartment near Laan van NOI, just a 10-minute walk away.

The room (approximately 15 m²), can be rented for 530 euros (excluding taxes and internet; price still might slightly change). I'm looking for someone for the period of one year, with the possibility of an extension. The room is unfurnished but some furniture could potentially be taken over by the previous housemates. 

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with excellent connections to The Hague city center. Several grocery stores, including those in Winkelcentrum de Julianabaan, are within walking distance.

The common spaces (living room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony) are shared with me. As a young professional myself, I’m looking for a like-minded housemate in their mid to late 20s, preferably someone pursuing a Master’s degree or already working. Since this is a shared apartment with many common spaces, I’d appreciate someone who enjoys a balance of personal space and social interaction.
