Are you looking for a comfortable living space in the vibrant center of Utrecht? We have a beautiful room available for rent in the city center. You will share the kitchen, shower, and toilet with two other housemates. Internet is available and shared with your housemates. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

As the property is located right in the city center, parking in front of the house is not possible. However, loading and unloading in the morning is allowed. Everything you need is within walking distance, including public transport (bus and train station), shops, and supermarkets.

We are looking for a quiet, working tenant who will take good care of the house and be respectful towards housemates and neighbors. It is important that rent is paid on time and without issues. Everyone in the house has their own life, and there is little shared interaction or obligations. The only shared responsibility is the cleaning schedule, as we like to keep the house tidy and clean.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who plans to stay for at least a year or longer. We prefer to keep stability in the house and avoid frequent tenant changes. Registration at this address is possible.
