HOSPI 2 APRIL/ check if you meet the requirements below from our landlord Woonin. 

Hello potential housemate!

We are looking for a new tenant for our house on the beautiful Westplein in Utrecht. The room is approx. 23 m2 with its own sink and French balcony (facing south!). You share the living room/ kitchen, shower and two toilets with 4 other housemates and in addition there is also a roof terrace/balcony that we share with the neighbors.

We are a house with two men and two women aged 27 - 32. All four of us are quite busy with work/ studying/ sports/ friends/ our own lives, but enjoy having a chat and knowing what's going on in each other's lives. Eating together, drinking coffee, playing a game or (especially in summer) spontaneously going out: gezelligheid is always welcome, but no obligations. Furthermore, all four of us eat vegetarian/ vegan, so we would prefer someone with a similar diet. 

We are looking for a housemate (m/f/x) between 25-29 years old (requirements from the landlord Woonin: Max 29 years old,  taxable income last year below €27.225) Once you sign your contract, you can stay there as long as you want, even if your income changes.

If you're getting enthousiastic: write us a little bit about yourself, for example what kind of work or study you do, what you like, what you dislike, and why you would like to move (here). We are also curious about what you are looking for in a house! Feel free to also include a photo or a link to your socials. Of course, this is not mandatory 🙂

The hospiteer evening is WEDNESDAY 2 APRIL. If you cannot make it on that date, there is no point in applying. We will send an invitation and further info about the hospi no later than this Sunday, March 30. If you don't receive a message back, you were unfortunately not invited.
