Dear tenants,

I have a spacious room available in Lombok on the Vleutenseweg. 

This is a very central living environment, 15 minutes walking distance from the center (Central Station).

The room is +/- 23 square meters. And can be rented with 2 people.

There is a shared bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet and sink. Due to renovation, the kitchen is currently not usable. Cooking can be done in the room using an electric hob.
There is 1 other room in the house that is rented out for a couple.

Price includes internet, water, gas & electricity.

Preference is given to someone who wants to rent the room with 2 people.

Pay attention! The deposit will be 1  month rent.  And the minimum rental period is 5 months.
The rent is €1000,- per month for 1 person. For 2 people the rent price will be €1150,- per month.

A viewing is possible everyday after 02:00 PM
