About the place

Hi everyone,

For 2 months my lovely bedroom will be available temporarily in our apartment on Twellosebeeklaan, located in the Dichterswijk. It’s a quiet and friendly neighborhood, about a 15-minute walk from both the city center and the train station.

About the apartment
 It’s a modern apartment (built in 2023) on the top floor, with a total size of 80 m². You’ll be sharing it with one housemate, a 31-year-old working professional. He will be abroad in January, so for a longer period you will have the appartment for yourself. The place is spacious, bright, and well-kept, with a bathtub, dishwasher, floor heating, a sunny balcony, and a laundry room with a washing machine. The living room is open and nicely furnished. We also have storage room in the basement.

About the room
The room is 10 m², fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, etc.) and the rent is €850 per month, including utilities and internet. And you can obviously use the rest of the apartment. Price is negotiable.

Who we’re looking for
Someone between 24 and 36 years old who is tidy, considerate, and experienced in shared living. Someone who enjoys having their own space but is also open to a chat. Respect for each other’s boundaries and routines is important.

Availability
December and January (exact dates can be discussed).
