Who wants to live with me in Utrecht from December 1st?

My housemate is moving out on December 1st, so their room will become available. We share a spacious apartment (74m²) with a large shared inner garden.

The rent is 875 euros per month. This includes service costs and cleaners who come every two weeks. It excludes gas, water, electricity, and internet. There are solar panels on the roof, so the electricity bill is usually very low or close to nothing. The rental contract with the landlord runs until June 1st, with a possible extension if things go well.

We share a dining room, TV room, and a small office/gym room, along with a nice bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is great for cooking, and from there you can step into a huge shared inner garden where you can sit or eat outside in the summer. There are often very sweet cats wandering around.

The location is central. Around the corner, you’ll find a Lidl, a Plus, and a Kruidvat, along with other convenient neighborhood shops. Everything you need day-to-day is close by.

About me: I work four days a week as an AI trainer and I’m part of the art collective KALEIDO. I’m quite nerdy but also love wild creativity. I’m active and often out and about, but at home I’m calm and like to recharge. I enjoy having dinner together or grabbing a coffee now and then, but I also value doing my own thing.
