About the place

My wife and I live in the green south of Utrecht. Because I work abroad, we are looking for a quiet roommate for my wife from August 1st to November 1st (days flexible).

You have two furnished and freshly painted rooms together (19m2): a bedroom (8m2) and a private living room with table and TV corner (11m2). The bathroom/toilet and kitchen/balcony are shared. My wife uses the other living room and sleeps on a different floor than the rented rooms.

The rent is €950 per month including gas, water, electricity, internet, waste tax, building service costs, furniture including TV and kitchen appliances. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine.

Bring your own bed frame! The rooms are furnished, except for a bed frame. A bed of maximum 1.40m wide fits next to the wardrobe. The mattress you may use from us is 80cm wide.

About my wife: my name is Line (32) and I work in healthcare. I love dancing and music. I enjoy going to the theater or the cinema and am regularly found in the yoga studio. I love having cozy meals together but also find it nice if we can both go our own way.
