I’m looking for a male flatmate to share my apartment in Lauwerecht, Utrecht (close to the city center) from September 12 to November 23, 2025 — dates are flexible if needed. You’ll get a cozy 6–7 m² bedroom in a 75 m² apartment, with shared access to the living room, bathroom, toilet, and a nice balcony. Bonus: there's also a parking spot available during this period!
 
The rent is €950 per month, all-inclusive (gas, water, electricity, and internet — no hidden costs).
Ideally, I’m looking for a someone aged around 20–30, either finishing their studies or already working. Do you speak Spanish? ¡No hay problema! I’m practicing my Spanish too 😄
