About the place

Attention: This space is rented as a pied-à-terre, not as a main residence .This space is suitable for the ones who temporarily needs a second place in Utrecht and have a main residence elsewhere. Rent is Allin, including everything that belongs in a normal household. The room is on the 1st floor at the rear of the house. The bathroom and kitchen is shared with another tenant.
