The rooms are located near the shopping center "Overvecht'. All desired facilities are available in the immediate vicinity.

Residents/visitors can park for free around the house and there are public bicycle sheds.
Public transport connections at the door, shopping center Overvecht is around the corner.

Center and CS Utrecht 10-20 minutes away, by bike or public transport.

The incl. rent for a room of 30 m2 is € 710,-. There are several rooms available in this building. This rent is indicative for the stated area, but the final rent may be slightly higher or lower depending on whether the assigned room is larger or smaller.

During a viewing one or more representative room(s) but the room that is assigned to you may differ slightly in size, rental price, window or floor covering from the room that you saw during the viewing.
