I'm looking for a single female to share my 2-bedroom apartment in a very convenient and great location. It is available from 1st November at Smaragdplein, Utrecht. I only prefer working professionals who are clean and quiet. Registration is allowed here! No pets and smoking in the apartment are allowed. Your bedroom will be private. 

1. This apartment (40m2) is conveniently located as the bus stop is just below the apartment building and the train station Utrecht Vaartsche Rijn is 950m away. Utrecht Central is 9 minutes by bike (2.6km). All the restaurants are very close to the apartment near the canal. In short, it's the perfect location to be in.

2. Winkelcentrum/shopping center is just opposite the building, it has 2 big grocery stores (Lidl and Plus), a fresh meat store, a pharmacy, gift shops, restaurants, Primera, Blokker, big bazaar, Kruidvat, and more!! Around 1km away you can also find other grocery stores. If you have a car then a big parking spot is right in front of the apartment. It has free parking from 11 am.

3. The apartment is furnished and nicely designed with lots of storage cabinets, two bedrooms, a toilet, a bathroom, a balcony, huge windows, big living room with an open kitchen having excellent appliances. The dishwasher and washing machine are also there. It also comes with a storage room in the basement.

4. Last and most important, the rent is 695 euros/month excluding gas and electricity. A month deposit is required. The service costs, water, internet, and, garbage costs are already included in the rent. You can live here indefinitely and vacate with one month prior notice. However, the first month will be a trial period for both parties in which serving notice period is optional.
