About the place

For rent; a room in a top location in the center of Utrecht. Everything is within walking distance, think of public transport, shops, supermarket and restaurants.
We are looking for a quiet working person who already has his own life in order. There are not that few obligations in the house except for the household. Everyone is working and does his or her own thing. That is why we are really looking for a quiet an respectful person. So we are not looking for students/party animals. Furthermore, it is important that you also want to commit yourself to the household. So you stick to a schedule in a mature way without having housemates to complain about it. We like to keep everything neat and clean. We also find it very pleasant to pay rent on time and that there is no hassle about it.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed and parking a car is not possible here because this is in the heart of the city. Fortunately, public transport is around the corner. We do not have an outdoor space, again because of the city center, but fortunately all facilities can be found directly outside the door. The room is available from February 1. The deposit is €600,-. We do not have any photos at the moment as the current tenant still lives there and she does not want this due to her privacy. If you think you belong in this house, we would like to hear from you.
