These beautiful, mostly rectangular, rooms differ in size and are available for a maximum of 1 person. They have a pleasant light through the high windows. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with 3 or 4 roommates.
The rent for a room of 19m² is € 455,- excluding advance payment G/W/L and service costs per month.
There are several rooms available in this property. This rental price is indicative of the stated floor space, but the final rental price may be slightly higher or lower depending on whether the allocated room is larger or smaller. The deposit amounts € 2000,-
