About the place

Hi, I’m Ties and I’m looking for two (temporary) housemates. I’m 26 and work full-time, but I enjoy cooking and eating together and occasionally doing things with my housemates.

The house overlooks Transwijk Park in Kanaleneiland and is a five-minute walk from the shopping center. You can reach Ledig Erf or Utrecht Central Station within a 10-minute bike ride, and the tram stops right outside the door.

Both rooms are approximately 16 m², and there is a shared kitchen equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, and washing machine. The living room is also around 16 m² and features a large sofa and dining table. One of the rooms has a balcony that is essentially for your exclusive use.

I’m looking for people who are relatively quiet or keep to themselves a bit, but who still enjoy cooking and/or eating together regularly.
