About the place

Hey everyone! I’m heading away for summer vacation, so I’m subletting my spacious 18m^2 room for the month of August (August 1st – August 31st). If you need to arrive or leave 1–2 days earlier/later, or if you're looking for a slightly shorter stay, just let me know and we can work something out!

The House & Housemates

You’ll be sharing a spacious house in Lunetten, one of Utrecht’s greenest neighborhoods. You’ll be living with two awesome PhD students: Jose (36, from Peru) and Ana (26, from Brazil). They’ll also be away for part of August, meaning you'll have plenty of space to yourself to enjoy the flat. When they are around, they’re incredibly lovely people who know Utrecht inside out—always down for a morning coffee, a good chat, or sharing local tips.

The Room & Perks

The Space: The room comes fully furnished, including a very spacious king-sized bed. I’ll make sure to clear out my personal belongings and clothes so you have plenty of storage space for your own things.

The Bike: A bicycle is included! You can use my bike as much as you like while you’re here, so you don’t have to worry about renting one.

Location & Transport: Lunetten is super convenient. You can bike to the city center or Utrecht Central Station in about 10–15 minutes. If biking isn't your thing, there’s an excellent direct bus connection right to the station.

The Neighborhood: There’s a big shopping center just a 5-minute walk away with everything you need, plus some amazing food spots nearby (Syrian, Indonesian, Italian, Korean, and Chinese).

Price & Practicalities

Price: €675 for the whole month. This is completely all-inclusive (no extra costs for gas, water, electricity, or internet).
