You will be living in the heart of the city, with supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafés, public transport and Utrecht Central Station all within a very short walking distance. Despite its vibrant location, the property itself offers a peaceful and pleasant living environment.

The property is occupied by working professionals who each have their own daily routine and independent lifestyle. The atmosphere in the house is calm, with everyone respecting each other's privacy and personal space. There are no organised shared activities, making this an ideal home for someone who appreciates independent living in a relaxed and well-maintained environment.

- Takes responsibility for shared cleaning duties and treats the property with care;
- Pays the rent correctly and on time;
- Is looking for long-term accommodation rather than a temporary stay;
- Does not have pets.

The Property

The property is situated in an excellent location in the historic centre of Utrecht, right in the shopping district. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, public transport and Utrecht Central Station are all just a few minutes, or even seconds, away on foot.

The property does not have a garden or balcony. Due to its central location, parking directly outside the property is not possible. However, short-term loading and unloading is permitted. Registration at the address is possible. The rent is all-inclusive.
