About the place

The room is fully furnished. its about 10m2. 
Including gas/water/electricity/internet. But NO TV.
 the deposit is € 800,- Which you will get back at the end of the contract only if you have been complied with the houserules.
The shared spaces are shared with two other working persons both Male. 

Looking for:
A decent, quiet and working person.
