About the place

Hey everybody I am subletting my shared furnished room with SSH in Cambridgelaan from April 1st to August 11th. To be able to sublet the room you must have a short stay registration with SSH (very easy to do and takes 20 euros), be a male, be a bachelor student and have not previously lived in a SSH short stay house. The room is shared but you do have an upstairs area as pictured above which gives you some privacy. Furthermore, the apartment comes furnished so you will already have all furniture including a bed that is pictured below. Finally, there is a shared washing machine, kitchen with fridges, a freezer, stove, oven, a bathroom and even a private balcony. The total rent which includes the utilities is 398.92 euros per month.
