This room(s) is/are located on the 1st floor of the house. This room(s) is/are used as living space for max. 1 person. The rental price is at the start of the rental contract: € 850 per month plus one month's deposit or € 850. So total € 1.700. Gas, water, electricity and WIFI/Internet included. 
The notice period for lease termination both parties is two months. 
"Registration with the municipality of Utrecht with the address of this room is permitted within the period of this agreement."
The rent is paid in cash on the 1 th of the month to S.A Qorayshi. At the end of the rental period and if the room is in good condition, the deposit of € 850 will be returned
