About the place

We organize a house viewing on December 2 so reserve that evening in your calendar.

In prime location: large room (ca 33 m2) on the sunny side with balcony on the 1st floor ((ca 105 m2) of a beautiful 1930s upstairs apartment. Furnished in consultation. Starting januari 1st. 

You also share the spacious kitchen with a huge fridge, a modern 6-burner (!) stainless steel gas stove and a washing machine. The large entrance hall is also a passage to the 2nd floor.

Kitchen, toilet and bathroom are shared with me, Janne, a 29 year old woman. I live in Utrecht since one year and in my free time I enjoy bouldering / climbing. Apart from that I am a self claimed pancakechef and happy to share. I enjoy having some peace at home after a workday and I look forward to a relaxed relationship with my new roommate. I hope you do too.

Rent € 890 waarvan € 200 service costs
Exclusive utilities now € 135 EUR, to be determined again on 1 January.
For a period of 2 years
No registration
Deposit 1000 EUR

The location is in a trendy part of the Biltstraat with many cozy cafes, restaurants and excellent (organic) supermarkets, in the attractive Wittevrouwen district, near the canal. Easily accessible by public transport, located between University and station / center. 
(10 minutes walk to Dom Tower)
