Two rooms are coming free in our nice student house! We are looking for two nice roommates (only male, 18-25!). We live here with 5 internationals (m/f).The house has a living room with dining table, open kitchen with a fridge and microwave, neat bathroom with a washing machine, and a small yard with a bike shed. The house located at side street of Goirkestraat: 5 minutes bike ride from downtown and from UvT. The neighbourhood has everything within walking distance: supermarkets, bus stop, post office, ATM, drugstore, French fries, pizza, etc. Internet is available. Both rooms are unfurnished, one room is on the ground floor (18 m2, €509,00 all in, available from September 1st). The other room is on the 1st floor,  17 m2 and has large built-in closet (available from Sept 15th).  The prices are all in, including service charges and g/w/l, so there will be no surprises.
