Are you studying at Tilburg University, HBO? Would you like to live in a cozy student house? We have a room available in our beautiful property close to the station. Send us a message quickly, and who knows, you might soon be enjoying a cold beer from our very own bar in our house!

Our house is located close to the station and the AH XL. The university is an 8-minute bike ride away but is also easily accessible by bus. Nightlife spots are just over 5 minutes by bike.

What you can expect:

- Bright and spacious rooms ranging from 12 to 22 square meters with your own sink

- A fully equipped kitchen with all conveniences

- Superfast internet

- A large backyard with sunny lounge sets, a BBQ, and even a pool in the summer

- A beer contract with Grolsch, so we get our beer (cold) delivered to the house

- A private house bar with a professional tap system

- Subscriptions to Ziggo Sport, ESPN, etc.

- Three showers, four toilets, two washing machines, and a new dishwasher

You can live in this amazing house for just 600 euros per month (including utilities).
