Specially designed to high standards with a cozy, homely feel for international students, this is one of five new rooms (only three left) available from October 1st, 2024. 

The three available rooms are:

* Room 1 (8 m2) for € 795
* Room 2 (11 m2) for € 835
* Room 3 (13.5 m2) with private balcony for € 875

All our prices are inclusive of gas, water and electricity costs. There is an additional payment of €40 per month for a weekly cleaning service.

The apartment building is ideally located between the edge of the town center and Tilburg University.

It's just a 5-minute bike ride from everything you need. We offer the rooms either unfurnished or furnished in a similar style.

This particular room (already rented) includes a 90x200 cm bed with sheets, a desk, a cupboard, a mirror, and a storage unit. Art and warm lighting are used to create a peaceful, homely atmosphere, perfect for those far from home. The room also has a lovely balcony overlooking a beautiful evergreen park.

All the furniture is brand new, and the entire room—as well as the whole apartment—has been fully renovated.

The apartment also features a spacious kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, extractor fan, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, and recycling bins. Each tenant is provided with their own basket containing kitchen towels, cutlery, glasses, mugs, and plates. Newly purchased pots and pans are also available for shared use.
