The apartment is fairly new and renovated. It has a clean kitchen with a new refrigerator and washing machine and all the amenities. The bathroom and toilet are also fairly new and clean. The rooms look great and everything is nicely painted with beautiful floors, skirting boards and has a built-in closet. This room is delivered furnished with a desk, bed, chair and closet.

The apartment has very fast internet, 300 mb, via cable (per room) or WiFi (included in the rental price). Gas, water and electricity are also included in the rental price.

The apartment is located above a large shopping center, near the center of Tilburg and within walking distance of the University and station.
