About the place

Available for rent is a shared house with a large garden. You will have a bedroom on the ground floor. The options are to leave the room as furnished, or provide your own furnishings (for the room only; everything else will remain as furnished).

You will share the house with me, Mitch. My own bedroom is on the first floor. I also have a medium sized dog (Marty) who is super friendly and is in my profile picture.

The kitchen, living room, bathroom, and all of outside will be shared spaces and are all furnished-- please make as much use of all the spaces as you wish! The garden has a nice patio with an outdoor heater.
