Fully upholstered and furnished, incl. (bed)linen, fridge, dishwasher, all kitchen gear, coffeemaker, toast maker, cleaning gear, new washing machine and fast Wifi!  
Location nearby Central Station (15 min. walk), Station Noord (2 min. walk) and city center (approx. 2 km). Numerous shops & supermarkets within 100 meters! Two nearby tram stops.
The room has a double bed, couch, closet, cabinet, table & chairs, bed linen etc. 
You can move in directly for unlimited stay, minimum stay is 1 year (departure within 1 year is one month rent extra). 

Directly from (female) owner, so NO extra costs!
Rent per month: €670,-, includes all service costs: taxes, water, gas, electricity, internet, cleaning etc. One month deposit and of course is registration possible.
