About the place

Starting in March, a room will be available in our super relaxing house in Kreekhuizen. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, with a small shopping center and a train station within a 10-minute walk. The shopping center has almost all types of stores, including four supermarkets. Park De Twee Heuvels is about a 15-minute walk away—perfect for runs, walks, or just getting some fresh air. HES (Kralingen) is about 25 minutes away by bus, and Rotterdam city center is only 10 minutes away by train.

The house has a large, cozy living room and a kitchen with all essential appliances (two fridges, an oven, and a dishwasher). There is also a garden for summer barbecues.

The room is 9.5 square meters with large windows. Living here is the opposite of student housing—you can expect a quiet environment.

The rent is €700 per month, including gas, water, electricity, and internet. The deposit is €1,000.
