About the place

We are Bryce and Nik and we are looking for a new roommate to sublease a room in our appartement from 1 January 2025 up to 1 January 2026.
We are 2 guys, one Dutch, one American. We are in our mid-twenties and are working. We have our own lifes, but we very often watch sports together (football, american football, f1). Also we try to eat together when this fits into our schedules.
